"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." Henry Ford
Through an intensive education and applied experience working as a business and performance consultant I have cultivated skills in program design, facilitation/teaching and assessment, working in the leadership space to improve executive resilience, team cohesion and mental toughness.
After consulting with key stakeholders tailored, training workshops can be designed exclusively to suit your organizations needs on topics such as Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence Teambuilding and Time Management using self-insight tools, such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ48), that employ evidence-based strategies and cutting-edge science based analytics to measure program success.
Across various sports (hockey, baseball, football, soccer) the percentage of collegiate athletes that play at the elite level is roughly 1%. Elite athletics is one of the most competitive arenas that exists. To compete at that level and consistently perform optimally many athletes obtain a competitive edge by training their brains the way they train their bodies at the gym in order to stay in the zone and thrive in pressure situations. This is achieved through techniques such as visualization, reframing and cue-controlled relaxation.
Just like sports the corporate world is also highly competitive and comprised of top performers, so why not take a cue from the athlete’s playbook by taking advantage of recent advances in applied sports psychology and using mental conditioning to achieve a competitive edge and consistently perform well under pressure, achieving mental clarity and enhanced wellbeing.
During sessions I match the coaching style and techniques to the client’s situation, matching their needs and personal preferences. During coaching I work with leaders to increase self-awareness, refine problem solving skills and develop strategic thinking, increasing your effectiveness, transforming good leaders into great leaders.
