This has the potential to change the way we relate to our thoughts and feelings, which in turn impacts behaviour making us less habitual and reactive.
The mindfulness course is an empirically based, 8-week online training course that introduces practical ways of incorporating the core skills of mindfulness practice into daily life in order to improve concentration, achieve mental clarity and overall wellbeing. It is an introductory course, employing a multimedia platform utilizing a combination of informational blogs, practical activities, training videos and reflective practices in order to make the learning ‘sticky’ maximizing the transfer of key learnings into everyday life.
